If you join the launch list, we keep your email address so we can tell you about releases and updates. You can unsubscribe from any email. Email is sent through our provider, Resend.
Payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. We never see or store your card details; Stripe sends us the name, email and order details we need to deliver your license.
If you sign in at account.melloworksaudio.com, we keep your email address and the purchase, licence, download, and subscription records needed to show what belongs to you. Email sign-in uses a one-time link. If you choose Google sign-in, Google gives us your verified email address; we do not receive your Google password.
We use cookies from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google only to measure whether our ads lead to visits and purchases. These tags load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, or never choose, they do not load. You can change your choice any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
Your choice itself is remembered in your browser's local storage on this site, and is not sent to us or anyone else.
MWA-GF comes free with any purchase; your verified account email is how we give you its download. Newsletter consent is optional and recorded separately; downloading the plugin does not subscribe you to marketing.
If you choose to continue with a producer referral, our account site saves a first-party referral cookie for 30 days. It contains a random reference, not your email. We pass that reference to Stripe at checkout to credit eligible sales to the producer. The first active referral receives credit. You can decline the referral or clear the account site's cookies to remove it.
We retain referral, commission, refund and payout records for accounting and fraud prevention. Producers see their own earnings, not customers' email addresses or card details.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers to download them.
Email support@melloworksaudio.com and we will answer personally, including requests to see or delete the data we hold about you. Purchase, accounting, licence, and entitlement records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or preserve products you asked us to keep available in your account.
