MelloWorks Audio is a brand of Futurovend Limited Liability Company. These terms govern melloworksaudio.com, its customer account service, and purchases made from MelloWorks Audio.
You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. Give accurate information, keep access to your email account secure, and do not use another person's account without permission.
Prices are shown in US dollars unless checkout says otherwise. Stripe hosts checkout and processes payment details. An order is accepted when payment succeeds and we send or display confirmation. We may cancel and refund an order affected by fraud, a pricing error, or a product that cannot be delivered.
A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased software on up to three computers you own or control, unless the product page states a different limit. You may use the software in personal and commercial audio work.
You may not resell, share, sublicense, distribute, or make the software or licence key available to another person. You may not bypass licence controls or reverse engineer the software except to the limited extent applicable law expressly permits.
Delivery is electronic through the receipt email and customer account. System requirements and supported formats are listed on each product page and are part of the purchase description. You are responsible for confirming compatibility before investing.
“Updates for life” means updates we release for the purchased product are included without an additional update fee. It does not promise a particular release schedule, permanent compatibility with every future operating system or host, or access to separate products released later.
Product pages provide demonstrations and system requirements before purchase. Because licence keys and downloads are delivered digitally, sales are final where the law permits. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or warranty right that cannot legally be waived. If a product is not delivered or is materially defective, contact us so we can repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate.
Futurovend LLC and its licensors own the site, software, branding, documentation, demonstrations, and other original content. The licence above lets you use the software; it does not transfer ownership. Do not disrupt the services, probe their security, introduce malicious code, scrape them abusively, or use them to violate law or another person's rights.
We work to keep the site, account service, downloads, and software dependable, but they may occasionally be interrupted or require maintenance. To the fullest extent the law permits, the services are provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded, and Futurovend LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss.
To the fullest extent the law permits, total liability arising from a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Washington law governs these terms without overriding mandatory rights that apply where you live. If one provision cannot be enforced, the rest remain effective. We may update these terms for future use or purchases; the date above identifies the current version. The terms shown when you purchase continue to govern that purchase unless a change is required by law or benefits you.
